I love this interview! I realized I really need to broaden my horizens a bit and listen to more podcasts like this, as I'm such an auditory learner, but after years of living with a musician and drummer, I craved quiet. I learned so much from Deb Blum in this podcast, so many notes and links to follow up on now too. Thank you!

So glad you enjoyed it, Deborah. Deb's program The Whole Soul Way and her coaching and the community of supportive women in her program--it's all been life changing for me, especially discovering it just as I was divorcing and then having to be the full time live-in caregiver for my mom with dementia. I'd really not have survived, let alone thrived, throughout all of this change without her guidance. And I too love podcasts as both a reader and an auditory learner. One of my favorites is Elise Loehnen's Pulling The Thread.

I love this interview! The content is so rich, covering the issue of personal growth in a marriage vs. outside a marriage, learning to give yourself what you yearn for instead of demanding that from your partner, the work of reparenting ourselves, and the concept of shadows, etc. Being a part of Deb's community of overachieving and overgiving women, I've been on such a life-changing journey with you under the guidance of Deb. Her masterful way of teaching and coaching really helps me put into practice the many steps in personal growth that were initially overwhelming and daunting to me, challenging me to go outside my comfort zones and ingrained behavior patterns.

Congrats on this debut episode of your podcast series with guests and look forward to your upcoming interviews!

I'm really excited about the upcoming interviews!
