I always feel like I’m so tired. Physically, mentally and emotionally. I used to have a very difficult time letting myself just relax and watch tv after work because like you, I thought I should have been doing more productive things. Over the last few years, I have gotten better with letting myself off the hook at night but, I do still feel the guilt (at a lesser level). I’m still learning to do this but I loved reading about all of the things that you incorporate into rest (meditation, yoga, reading...). Great article, and as always, extremely well written.
That makes me think I need to overhaul my going to bed routine. Who doesn't need more sleep? I'm going to try some of the things you do.
